Welcome to Stitch To Art (stitchtoart.com). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Offered

We provide embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, custom patch artwork/design services, and other digital artwork services. We do not manufacture or ship physical products..

2. Orders & Quotes

• Custom service orders (digitizing, vector conversion, patches) are quoted individually based on artwork complexity, size, and turnaround time.
• Quotes provided are estimates until final artwork review; the confirmed price is the final price unless the scope of work changes.
• Orders are considered accepted once payment is received and artwork/files are submitted.

3. Digital Products & Downloads

• All products available through our Shop are digital files delivered electronically via email or download. We do not manufacture or ship any physical products.
• Due to the nature of digital products, each purchase or download is for a single file/use as described on the product page. Quantities are limited to one per order for these products.
• Once a digital file is downloaded, the sale is considered final (see Refund Policy for exceptions).

4. Turnaround Time

• Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of quote or order and depend on service type and rush options selected.
• Turnaround begins once full payment and complete artwork/instructions are received.
• Delivery of completed work is made electronically via email or secure download.
• Delays caused by incomplete information, unclear artwork, or lack of client response are not counted within the quoted turnaround window.

5. Revisions

• We offer revisions to ensure the final file meets your requirements, as described per service.
• Revisions must relate to the original brief; requests that significantly change the scope of the original order may be treated as a new order.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any artwork, logo, or design submitted to us for digitizing or conversion.
• You are responsible for providing accurate details (fabric type, size, colors, machine format, etc.) needed to complete your order correctly.

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the final delivered digital file for its intended purpose. Ownership of original artwork and trademarks remains with their respective owners.
• We reserve the right to use anonymized samples of completed work in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.
• We do not claim ownership of your original artwork, logos, or brand assets.

8. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through our supported payment gateways.
• Work on your digital order will begin only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

9. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins Once work on your embroidery digitizing, vector conversion, or other digital service has started, cancellation may only be partially refundable depending on the amount of work completed.

10. Limitation of Liability

We strive for accuracy and quality in every file delivered; however, we are not liable for:

• Machine-specific issues unrelated to file quality (e.g., incorrect machine settings on the client's end)
• Losses resulting from delays outside our control
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our files or services

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
